Job Title : QA/QC Manager

Job Description: - 1. Laboratory Management & Technical Oversight Supervise daily laboratory testing workflows for raw materials, packing materials, in-process controls, and finished API/chemical batches. Manage advanced analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, FTIR, and automated titrators. Oversee Stability Testing Programs for products according to ICH guidelines, ensuring environmental chambers are properly maintained. 2. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Review and approve key QC documents: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Specifications, Test Methods, and Method Validation Protocols. Lead investigations into Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviation occurrences in the lab. Implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Ensure data integrity across all software, wet chemistry logs, and analytical instruments. 3. Audit Readiness & Equipment Qualification Prepare and face audits from domestic and international regulatory authorities (e.g., FDCA, WHOGMP) as well as regular customer audits. Oversee periodic calibration, validation, and maintenance schedules for all laboratory software and instrumentation. 4. Leadership & Team Development Manage a team of QC Chemists, Officers, and Executives; assign shifts and define daily deliverables.
