Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential residential customers for rooftop solar installations.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain solar products and solutions.
- Present quotations, subsidy details, and financing options to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (solar industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government subsidies is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
