About the Role
We are looking for a passionate STEM Trainer to deliver hands-on Robotics and STEM education to school students. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, comfortable working with students from different age groups, and capable of making technology fun and engaging through practical learning experiences. The role involves conducting sessions in school makerspaces and innovation labs using robotics kits, electronics, coding, and engineering concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive Robotics and STEM sessions for students (Grades 3–12).
Teach Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, IoT, basic Programming, AI fundamentals, and Engineering Design concepts through hands-on activities.
Guide students in building projects, prototypes, and innovation challenges.
Prepare lesson plans and ensure effective classroom delivery.
Maintain STEM kits, robotics equipment, and lab inventory.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Support inter-school competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events.
Ensure classroom discipline while creating an engaging learning environment.
Coordinate with school staff and submit regular progress reports.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, Sensors, and STEM concepts.
Basic programming knowledge (Scratch, Python, or C/C++).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners.
Willingness to travel to partner schools if required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in Robotics/STEM training is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Arduino, MicroBIT, IoT, 3D Printing, or Embedded Systems.
Experience in school teaching, EdTech, or STEM education.
Participation in robotics competitions or maker projects is an added advantage.
