Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. This role does not have mandatory sales targets, allowing employees to focus on delivering excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and assist with order processing.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams.
- Update customer records and sales reports in the CRM/Excel.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
