· Customer Reception: Greet customers warmly, listen actively to bike issues, and accurately document their concerns.
· Job Card Creation: Create detailed job cards, noting the vehicle’s current condition (e.g., fuel level, existing scratches) and requested services.
· Estimation & Up-selling: Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labour. Recommend value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and genuine accessories to meet targets.
· Workflow Coordination: Assign tasks to the mechanics according to their specialization and workshop workload.
· Status Updates: Communicate with customers regarding service progress, any additional required repairs, and estimated delivery times.
· Quality Check & Delivery: Inspect the bike after servicing, explain the invoice clearly, and ensure a smooth, satisfactory handover.
· Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any post-service customer grievances professionally.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
