Job Responsibilities
- Identify and enroll new customers.
- Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
- Conduct field visits to verify customer details.
- Promote and market microfinance loan products.
- Process loan applications and documentation.
- Collect loan repayments on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Submit daily field activity and performance reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass) or Graduation (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Male and Female candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is an advantage.
