Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s product/project to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our solution meets their needs
- Conduct product demos/presentations (online or in-person)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM/tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical/product concepts quickly
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling SaaS / services / tech projects
- Experience handling B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
