HR Manager – Strategic HR
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the organization's complete HR function and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will act as a strategic partner to Management, focusing on people strategy, talent management, performance, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Drive manpower planning, workforce budgeting, organizational structure, and succession planning.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment strategy for critical positions.
- Establish and manage KRA/KPI-based Performance Management Systems.
- Develop talent management, career development, training, and leadership development programs.
- Manage compensation, salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, culture building, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Develop HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making.
- Lead HRMS, process automation, and digital HR initiatives.
- Advise Management and department heads on people-related decisions, organizational development, and change management.
- Continuously improve the overall employee lifecycle and HR processes from onboarding to exit.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably with 3+ years in a strategic HR / HRBP / HR leadership role.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
