Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage daily operations, guide team members, and ensure achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the assigned team effectively.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily team activities.
- Ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports on team productivity and performance metrics.
- Maintain discipline, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in team handling or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational/training industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
