Key Responsibilities
- Handle cold calling and generate new customer leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through phone and online channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day back-office activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and payments as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in cold calling and customer follow-up.
- Good knowledge of online customer handling and communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
