Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback and survey responses.
- Ask predefined questions and accurately record customer responses.
- Maintain call records and update data in the system or Excel sheets.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication during calls.
- Submit daily calling and feedback reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to interact politely with customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
