We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, generating quotations, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with customers who inquire through IndiaMART.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and maintain leads in the CRM/Excel database.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotations and order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone inquiries professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving customer calls throughout the day.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or IndiaMART Lead Handling.
- Experience in building materials, roofing products, construction materials, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
