We are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead and grow our presence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships across key stakeholder groups — students, businesses, and brand partners — while ensuring seamless on-ground execution and city-level operations.
This role is best suited for someone who is energetic, people-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners, brands, and recruiters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and corporate partners.
Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement across stakeholder groups.
Own the execution of all on-ground activities, events, and partnerships in Mumbai.
Manage city-level operations independently to meet growth and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
Manage partner accounts to ensure strong ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and optimize partner relationships.
Track metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.
Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams for alignment.
Provide market insights to support product and strategy decisions.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or similar roles.
Prior experience in fast-paced startups, student-oriented platforms, or companies dealing with brands/recruiters is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High ownership mindset with the ability to run city-level operations independently.
Comfortable with hybrid work — combining remote coordination and on-ground travel across Mumbai.
Must be based in Mumbai.
