Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing and lead generation activities in the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ground-level marketing, brand promotions, campaign planning, and generating quality leads through offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for our project
- Generate quality leads through on-ground activities and promotional campaigns
- Develop strategies to improve walk-ins and site visits
- Track performance and optimize lead generation activities
- Build strong local market presence and brand visibility
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and conversions
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Strong understanding of the Chhattisgarh real estate market
- Experience in lead generation through offline channels
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with a result-driven approach
- Strong networking and coordination abilities
