As a full-time employee working on-site, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the execution of interior design projects to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project requirements and updates
- Inspect and evaluate work progress to identify any issues or deviations from design plans
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and material orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in interior design or site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
· He will be responsible to facilitate all the execution work going on site
· Managing labour and vendors.
· He will be responsible for taking all the measurements onsite.
· Responsible for the right implementation of the designs/drawings.
· Will be responsible for multiple sites at a time.
