Responsibilities:
Recruitment Rockstar:
Project Management & Communications: Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Track key metrics to refine strategies and drive impact.-
Volunteer Acquisition: Design and implement creative campaigns to attract and onboard passionate volunteers. Ensure a smooth journey from recruitment to training.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal teams, external partners, and volunteers to align efforts, streamline communication, and maximize outreach.

Tech & Data: Leverage the Volunteer Management System (VMS) to optimize operations, provide training, and use data-driven insights to improve retention and engagement.
Teach Manager Extraordinaire:

City Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of a city learning center, creating a safe and inspiring space for students and volunteers alike.

Volunteer Support: Train, mentor, and cheer on volunteers to deliver impactful teaching sessions.

Community Builder: Host workshops and events that foster a sense of belonging and excitement within your city center.

Academic Insights: Track student progress and recommend actionable steps to enhance learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:Must Haves:

A bachelor’s degree in any field and a passion for education and social impact.

Experience in recruitment, project management, or volunteer management (bonus points for working with academic institutions!).
