Job Responsibilities
- Handle Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar freelancing platforms
- Bid on projects, prepare custom proposals, and close deals
- Generate new business leads through online platforms and direct outreach
- Build and maintain LinkedIn connections with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
- Conduct cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Maintain CRM, lead pipelines, and follow-ups
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage existing clients and ensure repeat business
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software, Digital Marketing)
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation & networking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to draft professional proposals and presentations
- Self-motivated with strong sales and closing skills
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting

- Background in IT Company / Software Services

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of international client handling (US, UK, UAE, AU)
