Job Summary
Jyoti Enterprises is looking for an experienced Technical Marketing Executive to handle both office-based marketing activities and field visits to Government Departments across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer records, meeting government officials, generating business opportunities, and promoting the company's fire safety products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day office marketing and business development activities.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and product documentation.
- Coordinate with the Tender and GeM teams for government procurement activities.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
- Communicate with clients through email, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Conduct regular visits to Government Departments across Delhi NCR to promote the company's fire safety products.
- Meet government officials, engineers, consultants, and procurement authorities to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, approvals, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments and institutional clients.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions whenever required.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit activity updates to the management.
- Achieve monthly business development and marketing targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Government Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in dealing with Government Departments is mandatory.
- Knowledge of fire safety equipment and systems will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of Government procurement procedures, GeM Portal, and tendering will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and email communication.
- Ability to handle both office responsibilities and field assignments efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Marketing, Fire & Safety, or a related field will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to visit Government Departments across Delhi NCR as required.
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience in Government liaison and institutional marketing will be preferred.
