Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Executive who can connect with users, understand their concerns, and guide them toward booking astrology consultations with our expert, Nishant Guruji.
This role is focused on lead conversion, client communication, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, empathetic, and comfortable handling conversations around personal life problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and connect with leads generated through ads and app
- Understand customer concerns (relationship, career, finance, etc.)
- Explain the benefits of astrology consultation in a simple and relatable way
- Convert leads into paid consultations with Guruji
- Schedule and manage consultation bookings
- Do consistent follow-ups with interested users
- Handle objections and build trust with clients
- Ensure smooth coordination between client and consultation team
Daily Work Includes
- Calling fresh leads
- Following up with warm and cold leads
- Explaining consultation value
- Closing bookings
- Achieving daily/weekly targets
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (Hindi is a must, basic English preferred)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Confidence in handling different types of customers
- Target-oriented mindset
- Consistency in follow-ups

- Patient and empathetic while talking to clients

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
