Head of Growth - Utsav App

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale the engine that brings millions of devotees to Utsav — and turns them into a daily habit. You'll run a multi-channel growth machine across performance marketing, influencer, marketplace, and retention, with full accountability for the number.
What you'll own
- The Growth P&L — full ownership of CAC, ROAS, and contribution across channels. You own the number, and the spend behind it.
- Performance marketing at scale — Meta + Google, the bulk of our acquisition. ROAS-accountable growth as we scale toward ₹15–20 Cr/month GMV.
- A portfolio of channels, each 1→10 — influencer, marketplace, retention/lifecycle, and offline distribution. You've scaled a working channel and 10x'd it.
- Retention & lifecycle — build the "weekly ritual" habit; own the cross-sell funnel (Subscription → On-Demand → Siddha Store).
- Subscription growth — our #1 lever — scale new-subscriber acquisition at the cheapest CAC on the platform.
- The team — hire, build, and lead a high-output growth squad across paid, lifecycle, and channel.
Who you are
We care about what you've scaled, not where you worked or years on paper.
- 3-5 years of experience in scaling multi-channel growth
- You've owned a channel or growth P&L end-to-end — hard calls on budget, margin, and mix, and lived with the result.
- You've scaled multiple channels from 1→10 — performance marketing, influencer, marketplace, and lifecycle/retention — not just one playbook once.
- You've operated as a startup leader — built in ambiguity, moved fast, owned outcomes.
- You're deeply ROAS- and CAC-literate — you think in payback and contribution, not vanity metrics.
- You've built and led a growth team, and people want to build with you again.
- Strong on business operations — you connect growth to the rest of the machine.
- Bonus: scaling an offline / distribution channel (1→10), or quick-commerce.
