Job Description
- We are looking for a Sales Manager who can manage the complete sales department, drive revenue growth, monitor team performance, and ensure proper lead conversion.
- The candidate should have experience in a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event industry.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Team Leaders, Sales Executives, lead pipeline, client communication, sales strategy, and daily reporting.
- The role requires strong leadership, sales planning, client handling, CRM management, and target achievement ability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales team and daily sales operations.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
- Monitor lead follow-ups, client meetings, proposals, demos, site visits, and closures.
- Review daily sales reports, CRM updates, pipeline status, and conversion performance.
- Ensure all leads are properly assigned, followed up, and updated on time.
- Guide the team on sales pitch, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Handle important clients, high-value leads, escalations, and serious inquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality, campaign feedback, and lead requirements.
- Track revenue targets, conversion ratio, proposal status, meeting status, and lost leads.
- Train, motivate, and improve the performance of the sales team.
- Identify low-performing team members and create improvement plans.
- Ensure the team follows company sales process, communication standards, and reporting structure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Support management in sales strategy, revenue planning, and process improvement.
- Ensure no false commitments or wrong information are given to clients.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have strong experience in team handling and sales management.
- Candidate should have worked in a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event management company.
- Candidate should understand lead management, CRM, sales funnel, client conversion, and revenue targets.
- Candidate should be confident in handling clients, managing a team, and achieving monthly targets.
- Candidate should be able to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Candidate should have good leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, software sales, event sales, or service-based sales will be preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience is preferred.
- Experience in software, SaaS, fintech, IT services, event management, corporate events, or service-based industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, sales reporting, and lead tracking.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage targets, pressure, team performance, and client escalations.
- Graduate in any field. MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
