Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and branding objectives.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to develop engaging content ideas.
- Write compelling and creative content, including captions, posts, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with the design team to create high-quality visual content for social media campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure timely and consistent posting according to the approved content calendar.
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, and respond appropriately when required.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance through analytics and audience insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and company announcements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, HR, and Sales, to create relevant and impactful content.
- Maintain the company's online brand image and ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Recommend new content formats, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
- Maintain a repository of published content and campaign performance reports for future reference.
- Ensure all social media activities are completed within the planned timelines and contribute to achieving marketing KPIs.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
