Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our freight forwarding business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in freight forwarding accounting, financial reporting, UAE VAT, statutory compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Review customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate with operations on shipment-related billing and financial matters.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with mandatory experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
