About the role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to handle both incoming and outgoing sales calls for Marketmize. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients — over the phone as well as in person when they visit our Kolkata office. Your job is to understand what the client needs, pitch our services clearly, and close the deal.
What you will do
- Receive and handle incoming calls from interested leads — understand their requirements and pitch our services
- Make outgoing calls to prospective clients — follow up, nurture, and convert leads into paying customers
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients who visit our office — present our services professionally and confidently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet made a decision
- Maintain a daily record of calls, meetings, and pipeline status
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding after a deal is closed
Non-negotiable requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role involving phone calls — inbound, outbound, or both
- Comfortable and confident speaking with clients on call as well as face to face
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills — knows how to deal with "I'll think about it"
- Has consistently met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles
- Good communication in Hindi and/or Bengali — English is a plus
- Based in Kolkata and comfortable working fully from the office
You should also have
- A professional and presentable personality for in-office client meetings
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus — we will train you on our offerings
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow-up schedule without being micromanaged
- A positive attitude and hunger to earn through incentives

- ₹18,000/month fixed salary + attractive incentive on every deal closed
