Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidder with 1–2 years of experience in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in client handling, proposal writing, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Draft customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Communicate with clients, understand project requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle client negotiations regarding project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular lead generation.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on bidding activities and project status.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of proven experience in bidding and business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Mobile App Development, Branding, or UI/UX projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Development or Digital Marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
