The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a critical member of Incture’s Growth Team, reporting directly to the Head of BDIS (Business Development & Inside Sales) with a dotted line into Portfolios or Sales Leaders. The role is responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation in the North America/ APJ/ EU regions by creating high-quality, sales-qualified opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts, including Fortune Global 2000 organizations. The BDR will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales and Portfolios to execute a coordinated GTM motion.
The Key Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

- Conduct detailed research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and map business priorities using strong business and industry acumen.
- Understand ICP needs and align them with Incture’s offerings to uncover opportunity areas.

- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting into assigned enterprise accounts and in the assigned regions.
- Create compelling events, value-based messaging, and personalized outreach using phone, email, social channels, and in-person events.
- Maintain regular engagement with prospects to nurture interest and drive meeting conversions.

- Partner with SAP teams in assigned region to run joint campaigns, events, and account-based activities that generate demand.
- Leverage SAP Store, solutions, and co-sell motions to identify and qualify leads.

- Qualify inbound and ecosystem-generated leads from digital campaigns, SAP, partners, events, social channels, and referrals.
- Apply rigorous qualification criteria and scoring frameworks to ensure only high-potential opportunities move forward.
- Perform L1 qualification using defined criteria, need, intent, fit, budget indicators, timeline, and interest alignment.
- Ensure leads meet L1 qualification standards before passing them to the Sales Leaders for further (L2) sales qualification and opportunity development.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and alignment on opportunity context.

- Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, ABM initiatives, and messaging for assigned accounts.
- Drive attendance and engagement at relevant webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Align with Marketing for the Portfolio based Content Creation.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity data in Zoho CRM.
- Execute personalized email campaigns and nurture sequences directly from CRM.
- Record detailed lead interaction history, insights, and next steps to strengthen account intelligence.
- 5+ years of BDR/ SDR/ Inside Sales experience ideally in IT products/services for the regions like - North America/ APJ/ EU.
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed quota.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (email, cold calling etc).
- Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC.
- Experience using any CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Hands-on experience in working across the marketing stack impacting demand generation, on boarding, social listening, lead scoring and re-marketing.
- Should be dynamic, energetic and should be good at organizing information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills.
- Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and efficiently to customers (including an executive audience).
- A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and be able to inspire and support other BDRs.
- Industry knowledge of either Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Lifesciences, Pharma, Retail or CPG will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/ marketing/ communications OR any related field
