Qualification: B.Tech Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Industry: Construction / Civil Contracting / EPC (Buildings)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Preferred)
We are hiring a senior tendering professional to handle end-to-end Government/PSU tendering for Building works (Residential/Commercial/Institutional). The candidate must be a Civil Engineer (B.Tech Civil) with strong experience in building tender documentation, estimation, BOQ/QTO and e-tender submissions.
B.Tech Civil Engineering – Mandatory
10+ years experience in Govt/PSU Tendering – Building Projects (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Estimation, BOQ/QTO, Rate Analysis (SOR/DSR/SSR + market rates)
Hands-on expertise in e-Tendering (DSC, online submission, compliance, EMD/BG)
Identify building tenders from Government/PSU e-procurement portals
Review PQ/eligibility, EMD, tender fee, timelines and tender conditions
Study NIT, GCC/SCC, drawings, specifications, BOQ and corrigenda/addenda
Prepare quantity take-off (QTO), BOQ verification, estimation and bid pricing
Coordinate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
Prepare and submit complete Technical & Financial bids as per checklist (zero-error submission)
Manage end-to-end online tender submission (DSC, uploads, encryption, final submit)
Handle post-bid clarifications, presentations, and support LOA/WO & contract finalization
Maintain tender tracker, bid cost sheets, documentation archive and reporting
MS Excel (Advanced), Word, AutoCAD (Good), eTender portals, PDF tools
