Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and production output.
- Coordinate machine setup, startup, and changeovers.
Maintenance Management
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with machine manufacturers and service providers when required.
- Maintain maintenance records and machine history.
Production Support
- Work closely with Production, Tool Room, and Quality departments.
- Ensure machines are available as per production schedules.
- Reduce downtime and improve machine utilization.
Utilities & Safety
- Monitor utilities such as compressors, chillers, cooling towers and DG sets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding machines.
- Experience with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and machine efficiency monitoring.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
