About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Pedodontist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs while creating a comfortable and positive dental experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children and adolescents.
- Perform preventive, restorative, and pediatric dental procedures.
- Manage pediatric emergencies, trauma cases, and pulp therapy procedures.
- Conduct behavior management and patient counseling for children and parents.
- Provide preventive treatments including fluoride applications, sealants, and oral health education.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and clinical standards.
Requirements
- MDS in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Strong clinical, communication, and behavior management skills.
- Ability to handle pediatric patients with patience and empathy.
- Registration with the relevant Dental Council.
- Experience in conscious sedation and special needs dentistry will be an added advantage.
