We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AS & A Level Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and the ability to teach advanced mathematical concepts through engaging, student-centered teaching methods aligned with the Cambridge AS & A Level curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with Cambridge AS & A Level curriculum standards.
- Teach core mathematical areas such as Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanics, Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, and Data Analysis.
- Develop students’ analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitive academic performance.
- Design assignments, worksheets, mock tests, and revision materials.
- Track student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with exam strategies, doubt clarification, and academic mentoring.
- Use technology, simulations, graphing tools, and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators, colleagues, and parents to support student achievement.
- Participate in curriculum development, mathematics clubs, competitions, and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Strong subject expertise in advanced Mathematics.
- Good understanding of Cambridge AS & A Level curriculum and examination standards.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience teaching Cambridge AS & A Level, Cambridge Assessment International Education, International Baccalaureate, or other international curricula.
- Proven track record of student success in board examinations.
- Passion for mentoring senior school learners.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
