Quessentials Ltd is a leading exporter and manufacturer of food products in India with three manufacturing facilities in Malur and having sales office in Bangalore. We are a MSME with 50 people and having more than 1000 clients to serve.
To grow our business we are looking for an experienced person to create new growth opportunities for the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
As production executive, you will be part of the operations team. To start out, your tasks will be focused on
- Production planning as per the orders
- Ensuring smooth production by optimizing machinery and manpower
- Scheduling preventive maintenance of machinery
- Managing and improving unit cost of manufacturing
- Monthly production plan
- Managing team of operators and Labours.
Eligibility
You have a Bachelors degree, is detail oriented, self-driven, risk taking and take initiative.
In addition you should also have
- Good technical skills to understand manufacturing process
- Hands on experience with ERP
- Ability to understand business
- Good spoken and written English
- MS Office & Word knowledge
- 1-2 yr experience in Production.
