The HR Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities :Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee information in the HRMS.
- Prepare employment-related letters, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and regularize attendance discrepancies.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance-related matters.
Payroll Support
- Collect and verify monthly attendance inputs.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, and other employee benefits.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee communication.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support statutory audits and internal HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain recruitment, attrition, attendance, and manpower reports.
- Support HR data analysis and record maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
