Job Opening – Study Abroad Counselor (Study Abroad Division)
The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying overseas. The role involves counselling students regarding international education opportunities, assisting with university selection, admissions, visa procedures, and providing end-to-end support throughout the application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities abroad.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial requirements to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Provide accurate information on universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to international institutions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Coordinate with university representatives and admission teams.
- Guide students on documentation, Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and application requirements.
- Support students throughout the admission and visa process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
