Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support employee training initiatives, coordinate learning programs, and ensure the smooth execution of development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
- Schedule training programs and communicate with participants.
- Maintain training records and learning databases.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collect training feedback and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
- Support employee learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication regarding training schedules and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
