Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations in our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, facility management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing requirements.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Maintain HR records, statutory documentation, and administrative reports.
- Support hospital accreditation and audit requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong HR and administrative management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
