SEO Quartz is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for IT Sales. We are looking for candidates with experience in Web Development and Digital Marketing sales who can generate leads, communicate with clients, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and client handling.

- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups
- Identify potential clients through platforms like:
- LinkedIn
- Upwork
- Fiverr
- Freelancer
- Guru
- Bark
- PeoplePerHour
- Email campaigns & social media platforms
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Handle lead generation and sales pipeline management
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales / Web Development Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in:
