Key Responsibilities
- Train education consultants on UG & PG online/distance programs
- Educate teams on UGC, DEB, and NAAC accreditation standards
- Develop counseling scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and SOPs
- Lead and manage daily team operations and performance metrics
- Track lead conversions, follow-ups, and closures
- Handle complex and high-value student cases
- Coordinate with backend admissions and university partners
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and ethical counseling practices
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in education consultancy or admission counseling
- Freshers are also welcome
- Strong understanding of online and distance education systems
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
