About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Multi-Destination Overseas Education Counsellor to join MNC team. The ideal candidate should have experience counselling students for multiple study destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, and other European countries.
The counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the complete study abroad journey—from career counselling and university selection to admissions, visa guidance, and pre-departure support—while consistently achieving enrolment targets. This aligns with common responsibilities seen across overseas education counselling roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Evaluate student profiles including academics, career goals, budget, and preferred destinations.
- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
- Guide students through the complete admission process.
- Assist with university applications and documentation.
- Provide guidance on SOPs, LORs, CV preparation, and application submissions.
- Counsel students on scholarships, education loans, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with partner universities for offers and admissions.
- Guide students regarding visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and university events.
- Stay updated with international education policies, visa regulations, and university updates.
- Coordinate with application, visa, and operations teams for seamless student processing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
- Experience handling multiple destinations is mandatory.

- Excellent counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
