Job Title: Product Development Executive – Corporate Gifting

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Executive for the Corporate Gifting division. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative gifting solutions, sourcing products, coordinating with vendors, and creating customized corporate gift hampers and merchandise that align with client requirements and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify trending products, packaging ideas, and innovative gifting concepts.
* Develop customized corporate gifting solutions based on client budgets, themes, and branding requirements.
* Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for product sourcing and sampling.
* Manage product catalogues, pricing, and product presentations.
* Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and prepare proposals.
* Ensure timely development and delivery of products and gift hampers.
* Maintain quality standards for products, packaging, and branding materials.
* Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers and vendors as and when required.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to introduce new gifting ideas.
* Assist in product photoshoots, catalogue development, and promotional activities.
* Maintain inventory coordination and product documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Design, or related field.
2. Strong creativity and understanding of gifting trends and packaging aesthetics.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or product presentation tools.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
6. Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
