We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, attending calls, welcoming visitors, maintaining office records, and supporting daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communication between clients and staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, outdoor visit records, and fuel records.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Handle emails and maintain office correspondence.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide support to management.
Requirements & Skills
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Excel, and email handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethics.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or administration will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
