We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in residential real estate construction and project execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 Years of Professional Experience in Real Estate/Residential Construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of site execution, estimation, billing, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle construction projects independently with attention to detail.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
