Commis II (Kitchen)
Job Summary:
Support food preparation and cooking activities, ensure quality standards, maintain kitchen hygiene, and assist in the smooth operation of the assigned kitchen section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and chef instructions.
- Assist in managing the assigned kitchen section during operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Train and guide Commis III staff when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field (mandatory).
- 1.5–3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
