We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, explaining our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
* Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
* Update customer information accurately in the CRM or database.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments when required.
* Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Requirements :
* Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
