We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Counselor at our esteemed abroad education organization. The Student Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the process of studying abroad, from exploring their options to navigating the application process and providing ongoing support throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise students on study abroad programs, including available options, academic requirements, and application procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students and create a supportive environment to address their individual needs and concerns.
- Assist students in selecting suitable study destinations based on their academic goals, interests, and personal preferences.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the application process, including document preparation, visa assistance, and financial planning.
- Organize and facilitate informational sessions, workshops, and events to promote study abroad opportunities and cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance the student counseling experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Cultural competency and awareness of international education systems and study abroad opportunities.
- Previous experience in student counseling, international education, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
