About the Role
Maedian Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to lead a team of architects and designers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development to final project execution.
- Develop creative, functional, and sustainable architectural design solutions.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, design expectations, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review working drawings and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to ensure proper implementation of approved designs.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely design solutions for site-related issues.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development norms, and safety requirements.
- Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain design quality, project timelines, and documentation standards.
- Stay updated with modern architectural trends, materials, construction technologies, and sustainable design practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development, and working drawings.
- Excellent understanding of construction materials, detailing, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other relevant architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of 3D visualization and architectural presentation techniques.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage project priorities.

The ideal candidate should be a confident and creative architectural professional with strong leadership capabilities and practical site knowledge. The candidate must be capable of independently handling architectural projects while ensuring coordination between the design team, consultants, clients, and site execution teams.
