Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior AI Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and experience working with modern AI frameworks, including Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions

Build and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-world applications

Work on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications

Develop data pipelines and preprocess large datasets

Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product, backend teams)

Monitor model performance and implement improvements

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases

Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and AI model deployment

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
