We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CMO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient execution of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Manage the CMO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize the CMO's productivity.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal as well as external stakeholders.

Draft, proofread, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and documents.

Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates, track key projects, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.

Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion within deadlines.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for process improvements, and proactively provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Support the CMO with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive schedules is preferred.
