We are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Executives who are eager to build a career in SaaS sales, generate new business opportunities, and grow alongside a fast-growing technology startup.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and outbound channels.
- Generate qualified leads from SMEs, startups, agencies, and growing businesses.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Outbound Sales
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Connect with decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, HR Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
- Understand customer pain points and qualify opportunities.
Product Demonstrations & Sales Closing
- Schedule and conduct product demos.
- Present TeamsMaster's features including HR management, attendance, payroll, CRM, project management, invoicing, and AI Voice Assistant.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records.
- Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
- Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.
RequirementsEssential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or SaaS Sales.
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & BenefitsDuring Probation (3–6 Months)
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives

- CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹3.6 LPA+
- Salary revision based on performance and sales outcomes
