About The Designer Hype
The Designer Hype (TDH) is a luxury fashion platform working with leading global designer brands. We focus on creating a strong blend of retail, brand storytelling, and content-led experiences across both online and offline channels.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on exposure across business operations, e-commerce, vendor management, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks and internal processes
- Maintain and update trackers, sheets, and documentation
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Conduct research related to vendors, partnerships, and business requirements
- Support vendor communication, outreach, order processing, and follow-ups
- Assist with inventory tracking and backend operational workflows
- Manage product listings, cataloging, and data updates
- Conduct quality checks on product images, descriptions, and listings
- Support marketing coordination, campaign tracking, and administrative tasks as required
- Assist the team with day-to-day business and organizational activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and business operations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, or social media is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple functions
