Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IVF Staff Nurse to support fertility specialists and provide high-quality patient care throughout the assisted reproduction process. The candidate will assist in fertility treatments, patient counseling, procedural support, and clinical documentation.
Responsibility :
- Assist fertility consultants during IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, oocyte retrieval, and related procedures.
- Prepare patients for fertility treatments and diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, and hormone treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with doctors for appropriate care.
Documentation & Coordination :
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure proper inventory management of IVF consumables and medications.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Laboratory & Procedure Support :
- Assist embryologists and fertility specialists during procedures when required.
- Prepare procedure rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
- Follow IVF laboratory and OT protocols.
Eligibility :
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IVF, Fertility, OBG, OT, or Labor Ward preferred.
- Freshers with strong interest in fertility nursing may also apply.
Required Skills :
- Excellent patient communication and counseling skills.
- Knowledge of fertility treatments and reproductive health.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Salary :
- Best in industry (based on experience and expertise).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
